Pricing:

At Dry Cleaning Centre, it is important that the correct garment type and service options are selected when placing an order. If a customer selects the wrong Dry Cleaning option or garment type, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

In such cases, we will contact the customer to inform them of the necessary price adjustment before delivering the garments. Customers can choose to pay the adjusted amount by phone. Alternatively, if the customer has selected drop-off or pick-up at one of our stores, they can pay the adjusted amount at the time of drop-off or pick-up.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive your item damaged or if it is defective after our service, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. This must be done within 24 hours; otherwise, we will not have any responsibility.
  • Items may have existing damage because we do not perform a full check of the item upon drop-off.
  • We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include another cleaning attempt or other compensation, at our discretion.

Additional Items:

  • We are not responsible for any additional items left in your pocket or in our store.
  • We tag every single part before starting the cleaning process, so there is no chance we will lose any parts. Therefore, we do not take any responsibility for missing parts.

Fabric Discoloration:

  • Some fabrics may experience colour fade during the cleaning process. This can be due to aging, fabric quality, or wrong labelling.

Manufacturer's Label:

  • We always follow the garment's label provided by the manufacturer with a careful cleaning process. However, any damage such as shrinkage, colour fade, missing or damaged beads, buttons, sequences, loose hemming, or any other part is not our responsibility.

Black and White Garments:

  • Black and white garments are considered risky. We follow the manufacturer's label to clean them, but if any colour fade occurs, we do not take responsibility.

Wedding Dresses:

For wedding dresses, we follow the manufacturer's label to clean. Most custom-made wedding dresses do not have labels, so we use dry cleaning only.

Some stains on wedding dresses, such as hill damages, asphalt, and food stains, may not come off after our careful dry cleaning process.

We follow the manufacturer's label carefully; however, if any problem occurs, we can provide a letter to the customer to request compensation from the manufacturer.

Customer Behaviour:

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for our staff and customers. We do not accept any bad behaviour from customers towards our staff. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.
