Refund policy

Order Cancellations:

• We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your service order.
• All order cancellations will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the total order value.
• To cancel your service order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your service has been processed and started, it cannot be cancelled.

Service Satisfaction:

• If you are not satisfied with our service, you have the right to request one more cleaning attempt.
• If stains have not been removed, it is because further cleaning could risk damaging the fabric, plastic parts, or metal components. However, we can clean the item one more time with your permission.

Customer Behaviour:

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for our staff and customers. We do not accept any bad behaviour from customers towards our staff. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.
