Shipping policy

Scheduling Changes:

• Due to staff shortages at this stage, like many other businesses, we may need to change your preferred time and day for service. We will inform you if such changes are necessary.

Garment(s) Ready Notice:

We will send you an automated text message when your garments are ready for pick-up. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to collect your garments. If you arrive before receiving the "garments are ready" text, your garments may not be ready, and we will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Pick-Up and Delivery Coverage Area:

Our pick-up and delivery services cover a maximum area of 10km from Brisbane CBD. We reserve the right to refuse service or charge an additional fee for orders outside this coverage area. Customers will be informed of any additional charges before the service is provided.

Delivery Times:

• We can deliver your item in 3 to 4 working days; however, delivery times may change depending on the item's condition, such as heavy stains or mould removal processes.

Pick-Up and Delivery:

• On pick-up or delivery, after we confirm the time, if you are not at home and we need to come back to your place, we have the right to charge an extra $15.

• Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to update our prices as quickly as possible in the event of any changes, and the most current pricing will always be reflected on our website.
